Terms & Conditions
Welcome to Mysa Pilates Studio. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our studio, services, classes, website, and booking systems (including third-party platforms such as ClassPass and MindBody). By booking a class, attending a session, purchasing a package, or entering our studio, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Studio Etiquette & Class Attendance
1.1 Arrival Time: Clients must arrive at least 10 minutes before the start of class. Entry will not be permitted once the class has begun, due to safety and disruption risks. Late arrivals will be marked as no-shows and will forfeit their session.
1.2 First-Time Visitors: First-time clients are required to arrive 10-15 minutes early for a short induction. If you arrive late on your first visit, we may not be able to allow entry for safety reasons.
1.3 Footwear & Attire: Grip socks are mandatory for all Reformer Pilates sessions. Clients without grip socks may be refused entry.
1.4 Studio Conduct: We ask that all clients behave respectfully toward staff and other members. Any abusive, inappropriate, or unsafe behaviour may result in the termination of access to Mysa Pilates services.
2. Bookings, Packages & Cancellations
2.1 Bookings: All classes must be booked in advance through our website, the MindBody app, or approved third-party platforms such as ClassPass. We offer standard group sessions as well as private 1-to-1 bookings. Spaces are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis.
2.2 Cancellations: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session to avoid forfeiting the session. Late cancellations or no-shows will result in a lost credit.
2.3 Intro Offers & Class Packs: Any introductory offers or multi-class packs are non-refundable, non-transferable, and valid for a limited period (as stated at purchase). Extensions may be granted only under extenuating circumstances and at management discretion.
2.4 Private Sessions: Private 1-to-1 sessions are subject to the same cancellation policy as group classes. Rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
2.5 Memberships: All memberships are subject to their respective terms and will auto-renew unless cancelled. Refunds are not issued for unused time or missed classes.
3. Class Types & ClassPass Bookings
3.1 Class Format: Mysa Pilates currently offers only Reformer Pilates classes. Clients are responsible for selecting the correct session type (standard group or private 1-to-1) at the time of booking.
3.2 ClassPass Users: Bookings made via ClassPass are managed through the ClassPass platform. Mysa Pilates cannot directly refund or modify these bookings. If an issue arises, please contact us at contact@mysapilates.com, and we'll do our best to assist within the limits of the platform.
3.3 Class Capacity: Limited ClassPass slots are available per session. Mysa Pilates reserves the right to adjust availability as needed.
4. Credit Transfers & Errors
4.1 Incorrect Purchases: If you accidentally purchase the wrong class pack or session type, please contact contact@mysapilates.com. We will review and amend genuine errors where possible.
4.2 Class Credit Reallocation: Any reallocation of credits is at the sole discretion of management and not guaranteed.
5. Health & Safety
5.1 Medical Conditions: Clients must inform instructors of any injuries, pregnancies, or medical concerns before class begins. Mysa Pilates is not liable for any incidents resulting from undisclosed medical information.
5.2 Pregnancy & Postnatal: Some Reformer sessions may not be suitable for prenatal or postnatal clients. Please contact us before booking if you are pregnant or recently postpartum.
5.3 Hygiene: All equipment is cleaned regularly. Clients are expected to wipe down their equipment after use with the cleaning products provided.
6. Refunds & Liability
6.1 Refunds: All purchases are non-refundable unless required by law. Refunds due to studio errors will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
6.2 Studio Closures: In the event of temporary studio closure (e.g., for maintenance or emergencies), credits may be paused or extended.
6.3 Liability: By attending sessions at Mysa Pilates, clients agree to take full responsibility for their health and physical
condition. Mysa Pilates, its instructors, and staff are not liable for personal injury, loss, or damage sustained during participation.
7. Privacy & Communication
7.1 Data Protection: Personal information is stored securely and used only for class bookings, studio communications and relevant marketing purposes.
7.2 Opt-Out: Clients may opt out of marketing communications at any time via the unsubscribe link or by contacting contact@mysapilates.com.
7.3 Photography & Content: Occasionally, we may take photographs or videos during classes for social media or promotional use. If you do not wish to appear in any content, please let us know in advance of your session.
8. Amendments to Terms
8.1 Policy Changes: Mysa Pilates reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. The latest version will always be available on our website. If you have any questions about these Terms, please contact us at contact@mysapilates.com.
